We’re committed to making sure you love your Tweet Tweet drops. Because our products are limited-edition and made to order, we can’t accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect.
1. All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, fit issues, or preference.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Include your order number, photos of the issue, and a description
If eligible, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit.
3. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:
Check with neighbors and your local post office first.
Contact us within 7 days and we’ll help investigate.
We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses.
4. Cancellations
Because we process orders quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellations after purchase. If you need to cancel, please email us as soon as possible.
